The 15th Annual GETA Open Tennis Tournament is scheduled for July 15-17, 2011. This event is the major fund-raiser for the Greater Elmira Tennis Association. The proceeds from this tournament help support the annual activities of GETA. The event will be played at the Town of Elmira tennis courts in Pirozzolo Park off Water Street in West Elmira and also at the courts behind Elmira Free Academy and Horseheads High School. The following 10 events are planned:

Boys & Girls Singles
Men’s Open Singles and Doubles
Men’s 35+ Singles
Men’s 55+ Singles
Women’s Open Singles and Doubles
Women’s 35+ Singles
Mixed Doubles

Your entrée fee gets you at least one tennis match, healthy refreshments (bagels, fruit, water) and a chance to win a door prize. The 1st and 2nd place finishers earn trophies..
